Terms of Service

1. Introduction & Acceptance

By subscribing to or using Miles Mosaic ("MM", "we", "us"), you ("User", "you") agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Who We Are; Scope; Hosting & Audience

Miles Mosaic is owned and operated from Singapore and hosted in the United States. We serve users globally, including Asia, Europe and the United States. These Terms apply to all use of the Service worldwide.

3. Eligibility & Age

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a subscription. If you are under 18, do not use the Service.

4. Accounts & Security

Provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

5. Subscriptions, Billing & No Refunds

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis (as selected) and renew automatically unless canceled. All fees are final and non‑refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, downgrades, or unused time. Taxes and other charges may apply.

5a. Promotional Pricing & Discount Terms

From time to time, we may offer promotional or discounted subscription pricing (e.g., limited-time launch offers, annual billing discounts, or periodic promotional rates). The following terms apply:

Temporary Nature: Any promotional or discounted price is temporary and applies only during the specified promotion period. Once the promotion expires, your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current regular price.
Price Reversion: You will receive notice before a promotional rate expires. If you wish to cancel before the regular price applies, you must do so before the renewal date. Continued use after the promotion period constitutes acceptance of the new regular price.
Non-Refundable: Discounted periods are non-refundable. You may not receive a refund or credit if the promotional rate expires or you downgrade partway through a promotional term.
Capacity & Availability: Promotions are subject to availability and maximum use limits. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify promotions at any time.
No Stacking: Promotional codes and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly authorized. Only the highest applicable discount will be applied.
Annual vs. Monthly Savings: Selecting annual (yearly) billing may entitle you to an additional discount compared to month-to-month billing. This discount is not refundable if you cancel mid-term.

6. Modifications, Availability & Support

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature or the entire Service at any time without liability to you. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis; support is provided at our discretion.

7. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You will not violate law, infringe rights, scrape or access by automated means without authorization, introduce malware, interfere with the Service, or commercially exploit the Service without written permission.

8. User Content; License; Moderation

You own your content, but you grant MM a worldwide, perpetual, royalty‑free license to use it to operate and improve the Service. We may remove content or restrict accounts at our discretion.

9. Data; Analytics; Advertising

You agree MM may collect, use, analyze, share, commercialize and sell insights derived from your information, including personal and usage data, subject to the Privacy Policy and law. Ads may appear; we are not responsible for third‑party ads or content.

10. Third‑Party Services

Links or integrations may lead to third‑party services governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for them.

11. Disclaimers

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID IN THE PRIOR SIX (6) MONTHS OR USD $500.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify MM against claims arising from your content, use of the Service, or breach of these Terms.

14. Term; Termination

You may cancel anytime; cancellation is effective at the end of your current paid term. We may suspend or terminate for breach or misuse.

15. Governing Law; Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC)., except we may seek injunctive relief elsewhere.

We collect information you provide, information collected automatically (e.g., device and usage data, cookies), and information from partners. We use data to provide, secure, analyze, improve and promote the Service; personalize content and ads; and comply with law.

Legal Bases & Purposes (GDPR/UK GDPR)

We rely on consent, contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests as appropriate.

International Transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries with appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).

Your Rights

EU/UK users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability; withdraw consent; and complain to supervisory authorities. California residents have rights under CCPA/CPRA, including opt‑out of “sale”/“sharing”.

Security & Retention

We apply administrative, technical and organizational measures; we retain data as needed for the purposes above and as required by law.
